Breeze allows you to easily send email and text messages to tenants. For example, you can email invoices to all your tenants at once, or you could send a text message to every tenant at a property announcing upcoming repairs in the parking lot.
Correspondence
Using the Correspondence feature, you can send documents via email to your tenants (invoices, statements, etc.). The email message is generated from a template, but you can edit the template to make it more personal.
Text Messaging (SMS)
You can send custom text messages to one or more tenants (all the tenants at a given property, for example, just a few tenants, or a single tenant). You can also send messages to prospects. To receive text messages, tenants must be registered on RENTCafe and must opt in to the service. You can access this functionality via Tenants > Text Messaging (SMS).
