On June 16th, the release will be given to a group of early adopters -- clients who have shown an interest in one or more of the new features. In July, the release was given to all clients.

Accounting
You can now delete recurring journal entries.
On the Import Data screen, you can now import unpaid payables with a Payment Method of EFT.
When reviewing the list of bank accounts, you will now see only active bank accounts. If you need to review inactive bank accounts, you can use the filter to include inactive bank accounts or to show only inactive bank accounts.
Tenants
When reviewing the list of tenants, you can now see the tenant's move-out date in the newly added Move Out column.
Lease Documents
You now have the ability to generate and email leases to tenants for electronic signature using the Lease Builder functionality.
Maintenance Requests
On the Maintenance Requests tab of the Tenant screen, if the tenant has no maintenance requests, Breeze now displays a message stating that there are no maintenance requests. Previously, the screen was blank.
Reports and Correspondence
We added the following new report:
The AR EFT Returned Transactions report.
We made the following changes to existing reports:
When sending ad hoc emails on the Email Messaging screen, you can now filter by unit number.
Under Vendor/Owner correspondence, you can now sort the data displayed on the Remittance Advice tab by payment date in ascending or descending order.
The property code for each property is now displayed on all insurance reports.
