Mobile Apps

This release includes enhancements to both Breeze Apps:

  • The Yardi Breeze Mobile App.

  • The Yardi Breeze Owner Portal App.

ID Verify

ID Verify validates the identity of online applicants by authenticating documents — such as driver’s licenses and passports — using a combination of artificial intelligence and computer vision. This release includes the following enhancements:

  • You can now override an ID Verify decision.

  • There is now a report on ID Verify. It shows a list of the prospects who have used the feature within a specified date range, the number of total requests for verification, and the number of successes and failures.

RentCafe

We made an enhancement to the RentCafe Invite screen: When you send an email invitation to tenants, you can now use the property's email address as the sender.

Data Imports

On the template for importing tenants, we added a column for rent. Previously, when you imported tenants, each tenant's rent defaulted to the market rent for the unit.

Now, if their rent is different from the market rent, you can enter the correct amount on the template.

You can now import tenants who are on Notice. Previously, this status was not available for imported tenants.

Owner Portal

The Owner Portal now opens at a dashboard, displaying the following widgets: Open AR (by Age), Open AP (by Age), Vacancy, Vacant SQFT and Open Maintenance Requests (by priority).

Tokens

With this release, we have added tokens for the vehicle information stored on the Other Info tab of the Tenant screen.

Also, the MoveInRentAmount token now takes into account all move-in charges where Type is set to Rent.

Note: Tokens are used with the lease builder, email templates, and correspondence.

Reports and Correspondence

On all Correspondence screens, there is a new option to use the current user's email address as the Sender.

When you run financial reports using a property list and export them to Excel, there is now an option to "un-consolidate" the list, so you can see data for each property separately.

On the Bank Register report, you can now enter a specific starting date in the date range filter. Previously, you could only select a starting month, and the report defaulted to the first of the month.

You can now export vendor ledgers to Excel.

The Deleted Objects section of the Activity report now provides more information about each deleted object or person.

Resolved Issues

  • Previously, when you entered a receipt for a tenant with no open charges, a message would appear, asking if you wanted to add a charge. With this release, we added two buttons to make the choice explicit: "Add a Prepayment" or "Create a Charge."

  • Breeze will now calculate CAM reconciliation correctly for tenants with a mid-year commercial lease renewal.
