Changes to the Yardi Breeze Mobile App
On the Maintenance Requests page, we added a tab for Recent MRs.
From the Tenant page, you can now view the Tenant Ledger.
We added two-way texting for communication with tenants and vendors.
You can now send bulk emails from the App.
On the Calendar page, you can now add appointments and follow-ups.
Note: The new version of the Yardi Breeze Mobile App will be available in June.
Changes to the Yardi Breeze Owner Portal App
Owners can now log in with just their email address and password. Previously, you had to use a QR code or URL for the initial login.
The initial landing page is now the Owner Portal Dashboard, with the following widgets:
Open AR (by age)
Open AP (by age)
Vacancy
Vacant SQFT
Open Maintenance Requests (by priority)
Resolved Issues
Some IOS users reported that the App would shut down after it was first opened. This issue has been fixed.
