On November 15th, the release was given to a group of early adopters -- clients who have shown an interest in one or more of the new features. In December, the release was given to all clients.

You can now include the property URL in the RentCafe Invite letter, making it easier for tenants to sign up for the User Portal on RentCafe. Previously, the link took them to rentcafe.com, where they had to search for their property on their own before they could set up their account; with this new token, the link takes them to the correct property page, and they can register their account immediately.

From the Vendor screen, you can now export a list of unpaid payables.

For Rent Increase letters, we added new tokens for additional scheduled charges. Previously, the letter only included the rent charge; now it can include charges for parking, storage units, and so on.

For Notice to Pay or Quit letters, there are now options to hide company information and notes from the letters.
