On November 13th, the release will be given to a group of early adopters -- clients who have shown an interest in one or more of the new features. In December, the release will be given to all clients.

Changes to Tenant Functionality
In Breeze, you can now see if an additional tenant is registered on RentCafe. In addition, you can restrict their access to RentCafe by locking them out, or you can unlock them if they were locked out by mistake.
Additional Notes for Owner Report Packets
When you are emailing monthly reports to owners, you can now include a note to the owner, entered on the report filter. When the system generates the email message that is sent with the report packet, the note is included automatically.
Changes to Unit Inspections
For unit inspections, you can now attach photos that are larger than 5 MB, and you can open every photo in full-screen mode.
Reporting
On the Transaction Register Report for receipts, we added a column that shows the payment method used by each tenant.
