Properties
You can now enter addresses for properties in Guam.
You can delete unused unit types.
You can copy late fee settings from the property level down to tenant records.
Tenants/Prospects
If you add additional roommates to a prospect whom you’ve already screened, you can now screen them separately. Previously, you were only able to screen additional tenants with the main tenant in one pass.
You can mark a tenant for cash-only payments. Users will not be able to create receipts for checks for them, and they will not be able to make payments on the tenant portal.
When you email the tenant ledger, lease documents, or the details of a receipt, you can now specify who the email comes from and change other details, for example, who the email is being sent to, the text in the subject line, and the body of the message.
Bug Fixes
Issues with exporting the Rentable Items report or running the Rent History Report have been resolved.
You can now import unpaid charges for two tenants who have the same name but occupy different units.
Issues with screening prospects have been resolved.
