You can now set up online payment processing on your own, without going through support.
Also, you can now screen prospective tenants directly in Breeze. On the Prospect page, we have added a Screening tab, where you can screen prospects, review screening reports, edit screening data, and also re-screen prospects who applied through RENTCafé, if necessary.
A journal entry can now include more than one property.
This release includes many changes to the Accounts Payable side of the program:
We have added two new AP reports: the AP Aging Report and the Check Register. AP Aging shows unpaid payables in 30-day "buckets" -- 0-30, 31 to 60, 61-90, and over 90. The Check Register is a list of checks that appears automatically after you run Make Payments and can also be run as a stand-alone report.
On the Payable screen, we have improved the Pay Now feature as a response to client feedback. Previously, there were two pop-up messages to click through; now there is only one.
When you use the Pay Owner function, you now have the option of paying a flat amount instead of a calculated amount. Also, you can now choose what to do with security deposits: pay them over to the owners or hold them.
This release also includes the following changes to existing features:
On the Tenant screen, you can now add notes.
When you select a Bank on the Un-Reconcile Bank Account screen, Breeze completes the Reconciliation Date field automatically.
The Activity Feed Report now includes deleted checks.
The Correspondence screen has changed: the Tenant-related reports appear together on one screen (Statement, Invoice, and Ledger), and you can filter by tenant status. The Vendor and Owner ledgers now appear on their own screens.
You can now add charges to Past tenants.

We also updated some of the Frequently Asked Questions, also known as FAQs. We hope you will find them helpful, as some of them are a direct result of your feedback.
In this release, we have addressed the following issues:
When you are calculating management fees, and the Cash Account is overdrawn, the message will read: Cash Account is overdrawn. No Fees calculated.
On the Bank Deposits screen, deposits are now sorted by date, in descending order (the list starts with the most recent deposit).
Sorting by column now works correctly on reports. Previously, there were issues if there were more than 50 lines in the report.
On the Tenants screen, the Email field in the filter has been fixed.
On the Owner Statement, expenses will now show the payment date, not the payable date.
Under development and coming soon:
The Collect Processor Report
We mention it here in case you come across it in the application.
