On the RentCafe tab of the Property screen, the process of updating your listing is now easier and faster. If you are adding or replacing photos, click Sync Photos. If you are changing the details of your listing, click Save and Publish. Previously, there was only one “save” button, and the response time was slower than now.
You can now enable payment processing at the property level. Go to the RentCafe tab of the Property screen and select which payment options you want to use: Credit Card, ACH, or both.
(Note: You can only enable payment processing for a property if it has been set up at the system level.)
We have expanded the Correspondence feature -- you can now email ledgers to owners and vendors, in addition to tenants. Also, on the filter for the Tenant Invoice and Tenant Statement, we have added a Notes field. Any text that you enter here will appear on each invoice/statement that you generate.
The Batch Receipt feature can be run for multiple properties at once. For online payments by tenants, you can now choose payment methods at the property level (credit card, ACH, or both). You set system-wide settings on the Company screen (as before), but now you can refine them on the Property screen.
There are two new reports: one on the Chart of Accounts and one on Credit Card Processing. We have also made the following changes to the Help Center:
There is now a Print button in the upper right-hand corner of every Help page. When you click the button, the article appears in a new format, optimized for printing.
You can view Help in a pop-up window by clicking the button. In this way, you can read a Help article while you are working in Breeze at the same time.
The Search feature and the Back button functionality have been enhanced.
