On the Dashboard, the Vacancy widget shows the system-wide vacancy percentage.
When you click the number, Breeze displays a list of vacant units.
At the top of the list, there is an option to include units with expiring leases.
If you select this option, the list changes and includes units with expiring leases.
Viewing Vacancy at a Single Property
If you click a property on the map, the list refreshes and now shows only that property's vacant units.
If you select the option to include units with expiring leases. the screen refreshes and now includes those units as well.
