How is vacancy defined?
(Vacant units / total units) * 100. There is an option to count units with leases expiring in the next 60 days as vacant.
When I click a widget, does the map change?
When you click one of the widgets in the upper left of the screen, (for example, Open Maintenance), the map changes and displays only the properties with items that the widget refers to (for example, only the properties that have open maintenance requests). In place of the calendar, Breeze displays a list of those properties and details.
Can I customize the Dashboard?
You can customize three parts of the Dashboard: the Widgets, the Calendar, and Quick Links.
Widgets: You can select other statistics to display, and you can change the order the widgets appear in.
Calendar: You can change the display from Month to Week, and you can choose to show only your activities, instead of all activities.
Quick Links: Quick Links are links to commonly-used Breeze pages. The default set is shown below.

What are Calendar events?
On the calendar, each green bar represents an event or an activity. Events are added by the system, and represent an important date; for example, the start of a tenant's lease, or the expiration date of a vendor's insurance.
