Commercial properties can use RentCafe as a tenant portal -- tenants can log into rentcafe.com to pay rent and enter maintenance requests.
To use this functionality, complete the RentCafe tab on the Property screen. Enter a minimum amount of data.
In the Settings section, de-select the check box for Advertise on RentCafe and verify that Use Tenant Portal is selected. (By default, both are selected.)
When you "publish" to RentCafe your tenants can use the portal.
Note:
We do not recommend that you use RentCafe as a listing service for commercial properties, because it was designed for residential properties.
When tenants register on RentCafe, the form asks for their first and last names. Commercial tenants must use the name of their business in both fields.
