On the RentCafe tab, the section for ILS Settings allows you to share property marketing data with other ILS sites.
RentCafe shares data with other listing sites, but it does not set up the listing for you. You have to establish agreements with the ILS vendors first.
To share data with other listing sites
Locate the ILS vendor on the screen and select the Include checkbox.
The Listing URL field can be used to record the URL for the property on the listing site (as a reference for you). The field is informational only.
After you set up the ILS vendor:
Our ILS data team enables the data feed for that property to the specified ILS vendor. It may take 1 – 3 business days before the feed begins.
The property data is sent as an XML file. The vendor takes this data and populates the required fields on the listing.
The feed takes place once a day.
