Screening Bulk Update

The Screening Bulk Update function allows you to modify the screening setup for multiple properties at once. For example, there is a personnel change in your office, and you have to update the screening contact information for all your properties.

Instead of opening the Screening tab for each Property and making the change there, you can update the information in a single screen.

To use screening bulk update

Go to Admin > Toolbox > Screening Bulk Update. The filter appears.

You can filter by owner, property, or screening status. For example, if you filter by Screening Status = Not Enabled, you can see which properties do not currently have screening enabled.

After you complete the filter, click Display. The screen displays the matching properties.

Note: Due to size constraints, the screenshot above does not show the complete screen. On the right, there is a column with a Copy button in each row. For each property that you want to enable, complete the following fields:

Enable Screening

Select this checkbox to "turn on" screening for the property.

Name, Phone, Email

Enter the contact information of the screening administrator at the property.

This person will receive notifications when screening results are ready and copies of any Adverse Action Letters that are sent to prospects. (Adverse Action Letters are sent to prospects when their application is conditionally approved or denied.)

If the screening customer support or customer relations teams need to reach out to the property for whatever reason, they will contact this person.

Invoice Email Address

Enter the email address for invoices. (Invoices for the screening service are sent via email.)

If you click the Copy button, you can copy the setup from one property to another.

When you are done, click Update All.
