On the Property screen, there is a tab for Other Info.
Use this tab to enter any extra information about the property that you would like to track; for example, the number of fire extinguishers, or the maintenance budget.
The first five fields are used by the Renter's Insurance feature and the labels are fixed. In the bottom half of the screen, you can customize all the labels.
To customize the Other Info tab
Go to Admin > Toolbox > Custom Lists. Select Property Fields.
The first five labels cannot be edited, but you can modify the next five as needed.
Other Info Report
You can run a report that shows information from a group of properties at once -- for example, you might want to see when the properties in an owner's portfolio were built.
Go to Reporting > Property > Other Info. Complete the filter and click Display.
In the filter, we used the Include Fields option to limit the report to Approximate Year Built. If you leave it blank, the report displays all the Other Info fields.
